Day 1
Morning
 

Weight: 147
-Upon wakening I drank 8 ounces of water, this give a great start to help flush out toxins.
-Went for a 3 mile walk at 5 am
-Drank Power Detox tea 2 cups, this formula is a great replacement for coffee PLUS it taste great
-Headache by noon, when you have a headache in front lobe, it usually means your constipated in the sigmod but I feel it more int corner of the transverse

Afternoon
-Water
-Lemon, water and cayenne, an excellent nutritious mix, especially to help flush out those kidneys
-Detox tea
-Still a head ache, I can feel it, where my colon is blocked it started in the transverse colon
 
Evening
-Water
-Detox tea
-2 cloves of garlic
-I took 3 PowerPoop this evening, still have a headache
-I still have the headache, now I can feel the blockage move into the upper descending colon. When you have a blockage and the colon isn't moving, massage the area in a clockwise circular motion, this will help move it on through.
-I turned in at 9p.m., wasn't feeling so hot, this part of a fast people tend to think you are going to die or this might be a bad thing and really this is from the abuse that I had put my body through, so you just give it a little blessing then I will be able to kiss it good-bye as soon as it passes

Morning
-Weight:
-Get a load of this, this morning I woke up at 4 am still with a headache. The PowerPoop finally started to work, went to the bathroom the first time and had a great movement and guess what, headache gone! And went a couple more times. I know most would never link headaches to your colon, but this goes to show how your magnificent body has a plan and it all works together and there is a reason for every item that was put there.

-Drank 8 ounces of water

-Walk 3 miles at 5 am

-More water, the goal of each day is to drink 1 gallon of distilled water
